Simply browse for the 'Source' folder of the Process Guidance you want to print, select the documents you want (Workstreams, Activities, WorkProducts, Work Items and/or Roles) and you're done!

Then, it's really easy to create a Microsoft Word document with a Table of Contents ready to be printed! Check the readme file for more details and instructions.
